About Natasha Ling

Natasha is a fully registered psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from all cultural backgrounds. Her background of exposure includes supporting people experiencing complex trauma, and dual diagnosis. These areas of experience include depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, Posttraumatic Stress symptoms, grief, anger, and stress management.
The treatment modalities she is familiar with are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Other treatment techniques include mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and imageries.
Natasha believes in the inherent self-determination of all people. Hence, her approach is person-centered, collaborative, and aligned with the recovery model.
